From Candidates

• Name, email address, phone number
• Professional profile — work history, skills, education (via LinkedIn URL or resume upload)
• Preferred role, location, and salary range
• Communication history with us (emails, WhatsApp messages)

From Employers

• Company name, your name, and work email
• Job descriptions and hiring requirements you share with us
• Feedback on candidates we present to you

Automatically (Site Usage)

• IP address and approximate location (country / city level)
• Browser type and device type
• Pages visited and time spent on the Site
• Referring website (if you arrived via a link)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Match candidates to relevant job opportunities in our pipeline
• Source and present candidates to employers looking to hire
• Communicate with you about opportunities, interviews, and offers
• Improve our AI matching and sourcing tools
• Send you relevant job alerts (candidates only — with your consent)
• Fulfil our contractual obligations to employer clients

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling unrelated to recruitment, or sell it to any third party.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only when necessary:

• With employers: When we present your profile as a candidate match, we share your professional information with the hiring company. We do this only with your knowledge and implied consent through your engagement with us.
• Service providers: We use third-party tools for email delivery, CRM, and analytics. These providers process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority in India.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:

• Candidate profiles: 24 months from last engagement, then anonymised unless you opt to stay active
• Employer contact data: Duration of the business relationship plus 36 months
• Site usage logs: 90 days

You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

Our Site uses minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Site to function. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: We use aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. No personal data is tracked.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
